We are committed to excellence
Golden Grace is operating a comprehensive program providing a variety of health, rehabilitative, and social services designed to achieve and maintain optimal health. The program will serve as an alternative to premature institutionalization maintaining, the frail elderly, and dependent adults who are eligible for to remain in their own community and preferably assist them to remain in their homes, as long as it is medically, social, and economically feasible.
Our program serves multicultural population and community needs as well as focusing on recognition of their values, tradition, and cultures.
